Yes. California State Contractor's License #976993. We are fully bonded and insured with Worker's Comp and Liability policies. Not many contractors carry both insurances, so we encourage customers to check on their roofing contractors to check not only the credentials, but the insurance of the roofing contractor.

We have one roofing crew and do one project at a time, start to finish. All members of our crew have been with us for years and are all expert roofing specialists.

A typical residential re-roof takes between 1.5 - 3 days. Since we do one project at a time, we do not cut corners. We take the time to ensure all areas have been addressed properly and are known to do extras for our customers at no additional charge.

Virtually none. We get most or our business by referral only, which allows us to invest back into our good customers instead of advertising to strangers.

We are very forgiving in regards to dry rot repairs. We do not make our living off of upselling our customers after the fact. To demonstrate, we have the lowest hourly rate for dry rot and incidentals in the area.

Stephen Curley Roofing is accredited as a "Silver Pledge" contractor with GAF. We guarantee labor for at least 10 years from date of completion and a “50 Year GAF” warranty on materials by the manufacturer for all complete reroofs.
